PEARL® MICRO

Consumers can appreciate the appearance and the feel of natural cork with our Pearl® micro-agglomerate. This product offer an alternative to plastic/ synthetic closures and screwcaps at a comparable price. Pearl® stoppers show our continuous commitment toward sustainability and recycling.

DESCRIPTION
Consumers can appreciate the appearance and the feel of natural cork with our Pearl® micro-agglomerate. This product offer an alternative to plastic/ synthetic closures and screwcaps at a comparable price. Pearl® stoppers show our continuous commitment toward sustainability and recycling. These particles will be subjected to a vaporization and sterilization process through our SARA® system. The cork shavings, following the drilling process, natural cork stoppers are carefully selected and processed. A set of mechanical operations reduce the material to uniformly-sized particles. Dust and particles not in compliance with the necessary tolerances are kept for sale to third-party companies devoted to making other cork products. Only food-grade glues are used.

APPLICATION
Pearl® micro-agglomerate stoppers are, first and foremost, made for table wines at competitive prices, light sparkling wines and beers, to be enjoyed soon after they are purchased. This product comprises the same qualitative features as our natural and Silktop® stoppers, but at a more competitive price with the plastic and stopper caps.

SIZES, QUALITIES AND WASHINGS
Pearl stoppers come in sizes 38x24mm and 45x24mm.
This product is available in two granule sizes.

DURABILITY
Pearl® stoppers are recommended for wines that will be enjoyed within two to three years.
